Job Description

We are on the search for a highly capable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grasonville, Maryland. In this role, you will be vital in handling customer support, sales, and showroom duties. This role will require you to interact with customers in our showroom and manage customer inquiries in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Manage order entries and schedule appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
  • Utilize web-based tools such as JobTread, Google Earth, Sales CRM and Microsoft applications for data entry and customer communication
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide efficient and accurate customer support
  • Handle customer correspondence via email, phone, and JobTread professionally and promptly
  • Work within a call center environment, efficiently managing a multi-line phone system
  • Foster in-person communication when necessary, providing excellent service to all customers
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of sales and design to better assist customers
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer service and sales environments.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that is eager to interact with customers.
  • Proven experience in answering inbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Prior work experience in a call center customer service role. (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in entering customer information into databases.
  • Experience with email correspondence, including responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, including customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and creating reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating and editing documents, formatting text, and using templates.
  • Experience scheduling appointments, including managing customer schedules, confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary.

Job Description
The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role oversees HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, labor relations, and organizational culture at the regional level. The Director of HR ensures alignment of HR practices with business goals to drive employee engagement and company success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a regional HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration, across a regional organization.
People Management and Development
  • Lead talent management programs, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Regional HR Operations
  • Oversee HR operations for a regional enterprise, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
ADP Workforce Now Management
  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of ADP Workforce Now systems, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Ensure HR processes leverage ADP Workforce Now capabilities for efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate ADP Workforce Now with other enterprise systems for streamlined workflows.
Change Management and Organizational Development
  • Drive organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
  • Lead efforts to improve employee adaptability to new technologies, systems, and ways of working.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and design solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Serve as Key Role on Acquisition Integration Team and Greenfield Launch Team.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Develop and enforce policies and practices that promote ethical behavior and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure that the organization’s SOP’s, Job Descriptions, Training Manuals, and Playbooks are updated, modified, and implemented.
Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Human Resources (preferred).
Experience
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in large, regional enterprises.
  • Strong expertise in people management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now systems, including implementation, integration and optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and workforce planning in a regional context.
  • PE exposure (preferred)
Skills
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in complex, regional environments.
  • Proficient in leveraging ADP Workforce Now systems for reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP (preferred).confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary.

The VP of Sales is responsible for Division sales staffing, training, and administration and establishing and communicating Division/Community sales objectives, goals and achieving successful results.

  • Demonstrated track record in recruiting world-class talent, inclusive of world-class leadership and sales teams.
  • A proven track record of high performance and consistent results in a senior management role.
  • A history of successful leadership, innovation, and goal achievement.
  • Experience and affinity for managing front line Design Consultants directly.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing at the regional level for both Greenfields and Acquisitions.

  • Immerse yourself in every phase of custom pool building. This includes the expert use of JobTread and 3D design software.  Detailed understanding of every phase of construction. In depth knowledge of building a budget and proposal within JobTread.
  • Be the goto source of information, guidance, and assistance related to front end sales in support of our Design Consultants.
  • Be willing to travel as needed to effectively manage, onboard, and integrate throughout the organization.
  • Accept 7 day a week phone availability with a high level of connectivity to the business.
